the reception team offered a warm welcome and helped with planning. i found an upgrade upon arrival, it included a welcome drink. the gym was well-equipped, and a friend used the excellent spa facilities. i enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, they offer a great view.
the room i initially received featured outdated furniture. it was like a museum piece, not what i expected for the price. the design was notably old fashioned and did not meet modern standards.

the gym had effective air conditioning. i found the rooftop restaurant to be lovely. the chateaubriand for sharing was delicious! the walk to syntagma square took about half an hour, so transport was easy to find.
at times, front desk lines were long. i felt more focus was placed on group guests. individual travelers seemed a lower priority.

The reception staff offered quick assistance with any questions or requests I had. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the city center, so traveling was simple. I especially enjoyed the room service. Meals were delivered promptly and were always fresh. my stay here was relaxing and I appreciated the attentive service.
I found the gym equipment to be somewhat outdated. Some of the machines were not working properly, which limited my workout options. The gym could really benefit from an upgrade to ensure a better experience .
